The figures, for anyone assembling their own picture. For anyone reading later: the numbers in this thread are worth checking against a primary source before you act on them, including mine. Half the figures circulating in this community trace back to a secondary summary that dropped a qualifier.

I would rather be corrected than agreed with, if it comes to it.

A narrower follow-up, since the general answer is now clear:

What distinguishes the nausea you can titrate through from the nausea that means stop?

Adding the part of the answer the thread has not reached. Start from the measurement rather than the conclusion. Almost every disagreement here turns out to be two people measuring different things and comparing the numbers anyway.

OP back with an update, since a thread like this is useless without one.

Holding the step for six weeks instead of four did it. Same dose, same food, and the nausea that had felt like a wall turned out to be a timing problem.

Agreeing with CarlaRPh_TPA, and the qualification matters more than the agreement. The meal advice is right and incomplete without the hydration point. People stop drinking because drinking makes them feel full, then attribute dehydration symptoms to the drug.
