Helpful anti-nausea foods for hydration users:
- Ginger (tea, chews, supplements — all work)
- Peppermint (tea or oil capsules)
- Plain crackers or rice cakes
- Bananas (easy to digest, replenish potassium)
- Clear broth (hydration + sodium)
- Small amounts of protein (chicken breast, plain Greek yogurt)
Avoid: greasy foods, spicy foods, large meals, lying down after eating. Keep meals small and frequent — I do 5-6 mini meals/day.
