Clinical perspective, offered as context rather than as advice.

For anyone reconstituting dosing arithmetic peptides: the water-to-powder ratio determines your concentration. Here's my reference:

Vial SizeBAC WaterConcentration0.25mg Dose
5mg2mL2.5mg/mL10 units
5mg2.5mL2mg/mL12.5 units
10mg2mL5mg/mL5 units
10mg3mL3.33mg/mL7.5 units

More water = easier to measure small doses but vial runs out faster. Find the balance that works for your dose.

Peptide calculator app recommendation for dosing arithmetic: I use ReconCalc to calculate reconstitution volumes and injection doses. Eliminates math errors completely.

Input: vial size (mg), desired concentration (mg/mL), prescribed dose (mg)
Output: BAC water volume (mL), injection volume (units on insulin syringe)

A math error with injectable medication can mean underdosing or overdosing. Use a calculator every time until the math becomes second nature.

Right, and one flattering data point from a group buy is not consistency. Consistency means separate batches, separately commissioned, over months.

Worth separating that from vendor vetting, which this thread keeps folding into the same question. They behave differently and the advice does not transfer.

If somebody has the primary source to hand I would rather cite it than paraphrase it.

There is a second half to this that has not been said yet. The useful checklist is about verifiability rather than presentation. Independent test results commissioned by buyers rather than by the seller, consistency across multiple batches over time rather than one flattering report, a physical address and a company registration that resolve, batch and lot numbers on the actual labelling, and a shipping practice that matches what the material needs. Everything a good-looking website provides is cheap to fake; none of the items above are.

Moderator note: the sourcing question belongs in the vendor section and has been split out. Tagging this one for the weekly digest.
