Following this thread! I'm in a similar boat — household income of $48k, family of 3, insurance excludes GLP-1s for weight management. One thing I'll add: if you have a Health Savings Account (HSA), the out-of-pocket costs for Mounjaro ARE eligible HSA expenses even if insurance doesn't cover it. Not a long-term solution at $1k/month but it at least makes it pre-tax dollars while you sort out the PAP or appeal. Good luck pam_stl! Keep us posted. 💪
