Adding this to the community testing database. Here's where GGPeps tirzepatide stands overall: GGPeps Tirzepatide - Community Testing Summary: - Total tests: 18 (Janoshik: 12, PeptideMeter: 6) - Mean purity: 97.9% - Range: 96.4% - 99.1% - PeptideMeter Grade A: 16/18 (89%) - PeptideMeter Grade B: 2/18 (11%) - PeptideMeter Grade C or Fail: 0/18 (0%) The two Grade B results were 96.4% and 96.7% — still perfectly acceptable, just below the 97% Grade A cutoff. Clinically you wouldn't notice any difference.

This thread is really reassuring. I've been prescribed tirzepatide by my doctor but my insurance denied it and the out-of-pocket cost is insane ($1,100/month). Is it really safe to use these research peptides? The testing results look good but I'm still nervous about injecting something that didn't come from a pharmacy.

anders_CPH I completely understand the nervousness — I felt the same way. Here's how I think about it: 1. The peptide itself is chemically identical to what's in brand Mounjaro. Same molecule, same structure, verified by independent labs. 2. The manufacturing is done by large Chinese pharmaceutical companies, not someone's garage. GYC (GGPeps) is a legit chemical company with proper synthesis equipment. 3. The community testing provides ongoing quality verification that honestly exceeds what most people do with their pharmacy medications (when was the last time you tested your pharmacy pills?). 4. Thousands of people in this community have been using verified vendor peptides for years with results consistent with clinical trial data. That said — this is a personal decision. If you're not comfortable, that's completely valid. Some people start by using peptides alongside doctor supervision (tell your doctor you're using research peptides, many are supportive or at least willing to monitor your bloodwork).

anders_CPH What Dr.PulmRoch said. Also, the fact that you're even asking these questions and doing research puts you way ahead. The people who get in trouble are the ones who buy from random unverified sources without testing. Stick with verified vendors, test your first batch, and talk to your doctor. That's the responsible approach. My doctor knows what I'm doing and monitors my A1C and liver function quarterly. She was initially skeptical but when she saw my bloodwork improvements she became supportive.
