Plateau breaking story with a stall: I stalled at 202 lbs for 5 weeks.

Pushing back on Dr.GastroMayo here. The "it is your intake" reflex here gets tiring. Some people genuinely stop responding at a dose that worked, and telling them to track harder when they have already tracked is how people stop posting.

One concrete data point for the thread. One habit that pays for itself: post the method alongside the number. A figure without its method cannot be checked, and an unchecked figure is how this community accumulates folklore.

Coming at Dr.AddMedPHL’s question from a different direction. There is a difference between no evidence and evidence of no effect, and this subject is one where the two get swapped freely in both directions.

One thing that is still open after LindaRN_retired’s answer:

Did your prescriber agree with that reading, and if not what was their objection?

Closing the loop on my own question.

Rolling average over five weeks showed I had lost 1.6kg during my "plateau". The scale was noise and the tape had moved. I changed nothing and it resumed.
