Plateau breaking story with a stall: I stalled at 206 lbs for 8 weeks.

I read this differently from BethLabQueen, on substance rather than tone. The "it is your intake" reflex here gets tiring. Some people genuinely stop responding at a dose that worked, and telling them to track harder when they have already tracked is how people stop posting.

One concrete data point for the thread. For anyone reading later: the numbers in this thread are worth checking against a primary source before you act on them, including mine. Half the figures circulating in this community trace back to a secondary summary that dropped a qualifier.

Coming at NurseKim_ATL’s question from a different direction. The version of this that has an answer is narrower than the version being asked. Narrow it and it becomes tractable; leave it broad and the thread will produce nine confident and incompatible replies.

One thing that is still open after A1cHero_PHX’s answer:

What did you change at the same time, and can you separate the two now?

Reporting back.

Rolling average over five weeks showed I had lost 1.6kg during my "plateau". The scale was noise and the tape had moved. I changed nothing and it resumed.
