Plateau breaking story with a stall: I stalled at 213 lbs for 8 weeks.

I read this differently from KevinCompounds, on substance rather than tone. The "it is your intake" reflex here gets tiring. Some people genuinely stop responding at a dose that worked, and telling them to track harder when they have already tracked is how people stop posting.

One concrete data point for the thread. Give anything pharmacological four weeks before you judge it, and give anything measured weekly a four-point rolling average before you call it a trend.

Coming at Dr.PeteFamMed’s question from a different direction. The version of this that has an answer is narrower than the version being asked. Narrow it and it becomes tractable; leave it broad and the thread will produce nine confident and incompatible replies.

That is the short version; the long version is somebody else's post.

One thing that is still open after kim_atl_prep’s answer:

Did your prescriber agree with that reading, and if not what was their objection?

Closing the loop on my own question.

Rolling average over five weeks showed I had lost 1.6kg during my "plateau". The scale was noise and the tape had moved. I changed nothing and it resumed.
