Plateau breaking story with a stall: I stalled at 205 lbs for 6 weeks.

Filing a mild objection. Mild because I might be wrong; an objection because nobody has addressed the case that does not fit. The "it is your intake" reflex here gets tiring. Some people genuinely stop responding at a dose that worked, and telling them to track harder when they have already tracked is how people stop posting.

That is the short version; the long version is somebody else's post.

Adding the numbers, since they settle part of this. Give anything pharmacological four weeks before you judge it, and give anything measured weekly a four-point rolling average before you call it a trend.

If somebody has the primary source to hand I would rather cite it than paraphrase it.

Coming at Dr.SportsMedIN’s question from a different direction. It helps to ask what evidence would change your mind before you look at any. If nothing would, the discussion is not about evidence, and it is better to say so early than to spend nine posts discovering it.

That is the short version; the long version is somebody else's post.

Following on from JenPlateau — and this may be the naive question:

How long did you give it before you decided it was working?

Closing the loop on my own question.

Rolling average over five weeks showed I had lost 1.6kg during my "plateau". The scale was noise and the tape had moved. I changed nothing and it resumed.
