I want to point out that response time also matters in urgent situations. I had a vendor (not naming) send me the wrong concentration — 20mg/mL instead of 10mg/mL. If I hadn't caught it and dosed based on the 10mg/mL instructions I would have taken DOUBLE my intended dose. I emailed them immediately and it took 26 hours to get a response. In a medication safety situation that's completely unacceptable. That's when I switched to EmPower. Medication errors need same-hour response times, period.

That's a really important point about safety-critical response times. We've added vendor response time as a ranking factor in our vendor evaluation criteria specifically because of situations like yours. For the community: if you experience a medication error (wrong product, wrong concentration, wrong label), document everything with photos, contact the vendor immediately via ALL available channels (email, phone, chat), and if you don't hear back within 4 hours, report it to your state board of pharmacy. That's not being dramatic — that's being a responsible patient.

Circling back to add some updated data. I contacted all 6 vendors again this week with the same question ("Can you confirm the beyond-use date for your current batch of tirzepatide 10mg/mL?"). Results: - EmPower: 47 minutes. Provided BUD plus lot number and COA link. - NuVita: 2 hours 15 minutes. Provided BUD and offered to email full COA. - Precision Peptides Rx: 5 hours 40 minutes. Very detailed response including stability data. - SynapseRx: 19 hours. Brief response with BUD only. - Hallandale: 31 hours. Provided BUD. No additional info. - SkywayCompound: Still waiting after 48 hours. Updated: replied at 61 hours. Consistent with my earlier data. EmPower and NuVita are in a different league for customer communication.
