I want to add a slightly different perspective. Been with EmPower for 6 months and while quality is fine, my last two orders took 7 and 9 business days respectively. I'm in Oregon so maybe it's a West Coast thing? Customer service said they were "experiencing higher than normal volume" both times. Also my tirz pricing is $299 not $289 — did they grandfather you in at the old price or is there a regional difference?

Hmm that's odd on the pricing. I just checked my last invoice from February and it was $289. Might be worth calling them directly — I've heard of billing discrepancies before and they always honor the lower price when you point it out. Shipping to West Coast does seem to take longer based on other reports here. They ship from Florida so that tracks geographically.

Update: called them and you were right, it was a billing error. They refunded me the $10 difference on my last 3 orders. Good looking out. Also asked about the shipping delays and they said they're opening a secondary fulfillment center in Arizona Q2 2026 which should help West Coast times significantly.

Just placed my first order based on this thread. Will report back with my experience. The ordering process was straightforward and they verified my prescription within 24 hours. Estimated delivery is 4 business days to Virginia.

Looking forward to your report. One more thing I forgot to mention in my original review — their BAC water is included free with your first order (one 30mL vial) and then $8.99 after that. Some pharmacies charge $15+ for BAC water so that's a nice touch. Also their syringes are surprisingly decent quality. I usually order from a medical supply company but EmPower's included syringes are perfectly fine 31g 1mL insulin syringes.
