RN here. LipidDoc_ATL, your results are genuinely remarkable but I want to highlight a few things for context:
1. Your A1C going from 7.1 to 5.4 means you went from diabetic to NORMAL. Not pre-diabetic — normal. That's the kind of result that used to only happen with bariatric surgery.
2. Triglycerides dropping from 298 to 124 is a 58% reduction. For context, statins typically reduce triglycerides by 10-30%. You more than doubled that.
3. Your liver enzymes normalizing suggests you likely had non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) that has resolved or significantly improved.
4. Vitamin D going up — did you supplement, or is this from improved absorption/metabolism?
