The FLOW trial confirmed renal benefits of semaglutide: 24% reduction in kidney disease progression. My nephrologist is now actively recommending GLP-1 therapy for appropriate CKD patients. This could be a paradigm shift in nephrology.

Thank you — that is the clearest version of this I have read, and I have read a lot of them. Taking it to my next appointment.

From the other side of the consultation, briefly. Order of operations matters more than any single choice here: establish a baseline, change one thing, wait long enough for it to express itself, then measure again under the same conditions.
