ApoB is the more informative number and it is cheap.

I read this differently from Dr.BariatricHTX, on substance rather than tone. Import rules are jurisdiction-specific and this board keeps giving US-shaped answers to non-US questions. What is a personal-import allowance in one country is a controlled-import offence in another.

One order arrived in nine days, one was held at the border for a fortnight, and one came back with a seizure notice.

My experience ordering cross-border ordering internationally: I've ordered from an Australian compounder. Customs can be hit or miss.

Shipping time: 5-10 days
Customs clearance: was seized once, reshipped free
Quality: Janoshik tested at 98.2% purity

International ordering adds complexity but can save 60-80% compared to US prices. Research your country's import laws first.

Adding the part of the answer the thread has not reached. The mechanism and the magnitude are separate questions. Agreeing that something happens says nothing about whether it happens enough to act on.

Following on from FitDadDave — and this may be the naive question:

Whether an unchanged LDL-C alongside a large triglyceride fall is a good result or a bad one, because ApoB and LDL-C seem to be telling different stories?

OP back with an update, since a thread like this is useless without one.

Update, and it is the boring outcome: nothing was wrong. The measurement I was reading had moved less than its own week-to-week variation, which somebody said upthread and I did not believe.
