I dislike how confidently this board tells people to push through. Incidence figures around 20 to 25% at the higher doses are class-typical, but the trials also had a discontinuation column, and "manageable with protocols" is not the same as manageable for everyone.

One concrete data point for the thread. Keep the original post as written when you update it, and add the correction underneath. An edited-away mistake is invisible to the next person who makes it.

Coming at mike.trainer_LA’s question from a different direction. Whatever the answer turns out to be, the method for getting there is the same: state the assumption, do the arithmetic in public, and invite the correction. That is slower than asserting, and it is the only version that survives being wrong.

Following on from Dr.AddMedPHL — and this may be the naive question:

What distinguishes the nausea you can titrate through from the nausea that means stop?

Update. It was not the dose, it was that I had stopped drinking anything because drinking made me feel full. Fixing that fixed most of it.
